The Power Of Music and Creativity Through  Children

 

​   The power of music and it's ability to communicate     with people is no more evident than through it's  interaction with children. I have been a musician since    the age of 12, and know firsthand the beauty of that     magical  connection that  music brings. 

 

   Having been a performer for over four decades, I found I had the knack for teaching and interacting with children. They 'get me" and I "get them". Over the past 10 years,I have developed a curriculum that introduces a wide variety of music and ethnic instruments with a hands on approach for the children to experience the fun and magic that music brings.Along with my vast personal collection of musical instruments from all over the world, I also have a  collection of a family of puppets that I use to entertain the kids along with our music making. "Willie,Charlie, Mojo,and Fred" all delight the children with the musical games we play.

   Besides working in the pre-schools throughout South Florida, I am also available for childrens parties, events,and functions. I also give group guitar and ukuelele lessons for children. Currently, I have partnered my services with  KINDERTIME,  a mobile performing arts school located in South Florida.
